A 28-year-old legacy speaks for itself. Founded in 1989, Skyline Builders, an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, is among the few pioneers who redesigned the skyline of Kerala, and continues to do so. In 2014, Skyline became the first and only builder in Kerala to be accredited with CRISIL DA2+, the highest rating in the state. The builder has amassed over 1.44 crore sq.ft. built-up area to its credit. Today, with 142 projects across 10 cities in Kerala and over 6900 customers across 53 countries, Skyline continues to pursue headstrong, to outdo its achievements.


Skyline introduced the culture of apartment lifestyle to Kerala with its first project, Skyline Mansion in Kochi. Skyline offers a range of lifestyle options, be it apartments, garden villas or luxury high rises, by partnering with renowned architects and designers, namely, Synergy Consultants, CNT, Sony Mathai Lalichan, Zachariah Consultants and Terrafirma. This makes Skyline provide homes that are on par with international standards, with proof of 51% of its clientele being non-resident Indians from across 53 countries.


Skyline has always assured premium locations for its projects – easily accessible, close to facilities, serene and environment-friendly. Due to which, their projects have also recorded steady value appreciation, 1650% being its highest rate. More than 3000 Skyline customers have become crorepathis due to the value appreciation.The company also has a successful referral system that allows introduction of new clients through existing clients.


Skyline, an upstanding member of CREDAI, has achieved many records to its credit. Skyline’s Pioneering spirit has introduced many firsts to the real scene in Kerala; be it the first high-rise luxury apartment project at an upscale location in Panampally Nagar- Skyline Belair Cochin, the first sea-facing apartment, namely, Skyline Triton or the first American-style garden villas with large open space and garden- The Ranch. In 2006 Skyline launched ‘Imperial Gardens’, an imperial housing lifestyle in Kerala and launched ‘Ivy League’ the largest township in Kerala in 2007 near InfoPark Cochin. Another notable achievement would be, successfully delivering 22 lakh sq.ft. of 22 projects during the 2008 recession. Again, in the financial year 2015-’16 Skyline has delivered 12 lakh sq.ft. In 2018, Skyline scales to a new heights by delivering four-luxury apartment projects in one month. The builder has won CNBC Awaaz Award for Skyline Topaz, Ivy League (the first CRISIL 7 star rated project in Kerala) and Riverville, in 3 consecutive years. Skyline Imperial Garden, a project in Cochin, also received the CREDAI Real Estate Award in 2012. In 2016, the builder received the Award for Contribution in the Growth of Real Estate Sector in Kerala by Economic Times.


In 2014, Skyline Builders was accredited by CRISIL with the highest rating-DA2+, the first builder in Kerala to achieve the same. This rating assesses the developer’s ability to execute real estate projects as per specified quality levels within the stipulated time schedule, and the ability to transfer clear title of properties. Within a span of 28 years Skyline successfully completed and delivered 125 projects on time and aims to accumulate 50 lakh sq.ft., an investment of 2500 crores, by the end of 2020.

The builder encompasses itself in home building, and a diverse array of Post Sales Services called SkyCare, viz. Homecare Division, After Sales Division, Interiors Division and Skylineage. The Homecare Division that takes care of billing, support services, rental and resale, while the After Sales Division takes care of maintenance, inspections and repairs. The Interiors Division helps customers design homes to suit their lifestyle. Another unique provision offered by Skyline allows Skyliners to stay at any of one their transit apartments across 6 major cities in Kerala; Trivandrum, Kochi, Kottayam, Calicut, Kannur and Thrissur, absolutely free of cost year after year.


To cater the incessantly growing demand, Skyline has offices in Kochi, Kottayam, Trivandrum, Calicut, Kannur, Pala, Thiruvalla and Thrissur, and one soon in Kollam. Skyline also has overseas offices in Dubai, Doha and USA to accommodate the growing demand abroad. The company employs 270 highly skilled employees from various fields including professionals- Engineers and MBAs. The company places high emphasis on continuous development of its manpower. An entire floor of the corporate office is dedicated to ‘Knowledge Centre’ where the company conducts regular training programmes for its employees.

Under the visionary leadership of Mr. K.V. Abdul Azeez, a Masters-degree holder in Business Administration from CUSAT, that all this has been made possible. He has over 30 years of expertise in marketing, trading, contracting and general management. He was also the Chairman of CREDAI-Kerala from 2009 to 2013. He is one among the longest serving members in the National Executive Committee of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India), as well as in the National Association of Professional Builders in various capacities. Mr. Azeez was awarded the title ‘Tiecon Kerala’s Entrepreneur of the Year 2014’ and World Malayalee Council Award for ‘Excellence in Infrastructure Industry’ in 2011.
